Sites are out of code to this day! You pay a ridiculous amount for electricity and the power is constantly out. The owner "John" does not allow the power company to enter the park because the electricity is "Out of Code" reported on NBC 10 News! Below is a true copy of what it cost us per month for a 30 amp. Campground electricity charges power bill. Utility bill from July 10th. thru August 10th. (30 days) and that was using propane for the refrigerator & hot water tank and our bill was $242.27. There are actually some utility bills over $350.00 per month! Click on link to watch news clip. Bowdish charges .3496 cents per kWh for seasonal and .50 cents per kWh for non-seasonal. The average National Grid charges in this area is 8.1 cents per kWh for commercial (which they are) and 14.24 cents for residential (which they are not). The rest goes in John and Carries' pocket!
